超市的青木瓜好大一顆,買回家來個青木瓜二吃二用。
青木瓜就是一顆沒熟的木瓜,切開來果肉是白色間或淡黃色,可涼拌或熟食。
四分之一青木瓜拿來切絲醃鹽加糖醋,做成簡易版青木瓜沙拉。
另一大半則是削皮切塊,燉成青木瓜排骨湯,傳說有豐胸的效果。
最後的四分之一,就打成泥,一部分做成青木瓜優格面膜,剩下的就來做青木瓜優格皂。
皂淡色部分是加了青木瓜泥,還能看出有青木瓜的纖維,橘色部分是加了Greek yogurt。打到有點overtrace,又用錯工具,渲染線條幾乎看不見。
又敷又洗,充分利用木瓜酵素,這樣皮膚也能白皙水嫩吧。
