Lemon Tea Sheep 檸檬茶小羊皂















日本煎茶泡了一年的橄欖油,入皂後嫩綠色澤不顯,還是一隻白嫩嫩的檸檬茶小羊,下次來試茶水入皂好了。

[Practice] Active Charcoal Soap 碳皂















這是用來試活性碳粉的比例跟清潔效力,加入活性,埃及荷魯斯之眼的黑皂洗出的泡泡也是帶黑色,洗完自己的老油臉後很是清爽。















灰色鴨皂是活性炭粉減半,泡沫不會帶黑,效力卻不如黑皂。

Rosemary Hair Wax 迷迭香護髮蠟餅















這個不是皂,是洗髮皂的相關產品。

剛用洗髮皂的一個月是尷尬期,頭髮會變得乾澀或是有油膩感,過了尷尬期之後,用洗髮皂洗髮會柔順些,但有乾性頭髮的我,還是習慣在洗髮後,使用自製潤絲精,加上迷迭香髮蠟護髮一下。

一份小老鼠護髮蠟餅,可以用個兩三次,每次先用手掌握熱蠟餅,再把溶解的蠟油輕輕擦在頭髮上,使頭髮滑潤,散發出的迷迭香精油護髮又可紓緩身心。

Beer Kelp Shampoo Soap 啤酒海帶洗髮皂















聽說啤酒皂細緻又有富有酵母、胺基酸、維生素等對皮膚有益的好東西,本想打一塊洗顏皂。
一罐啤酒入手後,想到的卻是媽媽在家自行染髮時,入浴室必拎著一罐啤酒洗頭,用來讓染上去的髮色更穩定不易退色。
轉念一想,馬上改配方加入苦茶油做洗髮皂,想著要顧頭髮,順手翻翻冰箱,看到家人寄來的日本昆布,想想海帶也能讓髮絲烏黑亮麗呀!
於是啤酒煮汁融鹼,很奢侈一把的加入大昆布打的海帶細粉,拉個大花,到像是綠茶拿鐵。
煮汁途中滿滿啤酒香,昆布粉即使融鹼也是海味不減,苦茶油又香,引得我又煮了一鍋日本清酒昆布小魚高湯,加上味噌蔥末豆皮,配上蒜蓉苦茶油拌麵線,美美的飽食一頓。

用來洗手,果然泡沫細緻,清潔力佳,用來洗中性頭髮剛剛好。

Orange Soap 橙皂















酸甜可口的柳橙一年四季都能在超市裡見到,是家裡常備的水果之一。

柳橙果肉不僅維生素豐富,果皮也含有大量維生素跟精油,其功用也多多。

烘乾柳橙皮可以沖泡茶或是加入燉肉,可以增添風味,只是烘乾有點費時。

我最常做的是把新鮮剝下來的的兩三顆柳橙皮折半,略微擠出橙皮精油,放入茶包中,泡澡時放在熱水裡,有淡淡的橙香,也能保持皮膚潤澤。













顆柳橙皮煮汁取代水入皂,皂色是溫和清雅的鵝黃色。
加入紅棕櫚油做成橘皮,白色可可脂皂塊當做柳橙內白色纖維絡。


柑桔類精油很難在冷製皂中乖乖待到熟成,熟成的橙皂色澤溫和,洗起來泡沫細緻,但是柳橙味淡不可聞。

Merlot Soap 紅酒皂















舊皂出清中!這款皂是早期做皂黑歷史中的一頁,當初酒量還不大的時候,友人贈送的紅酒不是拿來做紅酒牛肉,就是來做皂。

Merlot的深沈色澤也反應到了皂本身的顏色,紅酒煮汁去除酒精後,取代水融鹼,酒汁從黑櫻桃色變成棕色。
入模後,隨手灑上白可可皂屑,二十四小時脫模後,出現果凍框,隨晾皂時間一長,果凍框會慢慢消失。
紅酒中的多酚能滋養皮膚,merlot特殊的香味在成皂過程中逐漸消失,留下薰衣草精油的皂味別樣清新。

Butterball 脂肪球















冬天暖氣常開,手腳皮膚感覺超級乾,連臉上都會緊澀起來。
看準橄欖油、豬油脂跟蛋黃的滋潤洗感,加上肉桂跟咖啡的香氣,讓冬季乾冷的皮膚有保溼暖意。
加了紅礦石泥跟皂球,希望造型有趣些,沒想到切面卻像真皮下的脂肪組織,一球球的棕色脂肪跟白色脂肪細胞,所以取名叫脂肪球。

聽到脂肪球就想到在青澀少年時讀過的莫泊桑的短篇小說「Boule de suif」,講述在普法戰爭裡,一群法國人出逃途中的故事,還記得讀完後的沈重微哀感,跟本皂洗起來的溫潤感大大的不同。

100% Organic Coconut Liquid Soap 純有機椰油液體皂


強效家事皂很好用,但是洗碗洗衣還是用液體皂順手。
用有機椰子油來挑戰第一次液體皂,trace快,成功率高,手動攪拌到白色霜狀,一晚上就蒸煮好到透明的皂團。
隔天加入兩倍水融煮皂團,清澈微黃,洗碗洗衣都很方便。

It is my first time to make liquid soap. Although I am making soaps with sodium hydroxide for a while, I am getting nervous when I make liquid soap with potassium hydroxide. It is different “feeling”, but the same process. After adding alkaline solution with oils, I keep the mixture on stove and continued to stir until it get “mayonnaise” trace status.  And then I moved that mixture to warm oven overnight. In the next day, the mixture turned to “transparent” and the liquid soap paste was done. I diluted it into distilled water. It is clear liquid soap. I did not use salt solution or borax solution as thicken reagent.
